1. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to provide federated infrastructure monitoring:

• Account Credentials: Handled securely via AutoMono Core SSO microfrontend or local shadow user mappings (email address, full name).
• Telemetry Metadata: Process names, memory utilization percentages, CPU metrics, and HTTP response latencies emitted by your monitored services.
• System Logs: Audit logs of operational commands and incident triggers.

2. Cookieless Web Analytics (ADR-0038)

Our public website and web applications use an EU-hosted instance of Umami Analytics. Umami does not set HTTP cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not track users across foreign websites. All analytics data is hosted exclusively within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

3. Data Retention & Erasure

High-frequency time-series metrics are automatically aggregated and expired according to your subscription tier (7 days on Community, 30 days on Pro). You may trigger complete data erasure and tenant workspace removal from the Settings panel at any time.
