Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AutoMonOP platform, including our hosted dashboard, REST/WebSocket APIs, or native Node Agent software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Operations & Telemetry Scope
AutoMonOP provides infrastructure observability, uptime monitoring, predictive failure telemetry, and runbook execution. The service is provided to assist operations teams. You remain solely responsible for the configuration of your cloud providers, firewall access, and remediation runbook safety.
3. Zero-Credential Guarantee (ADR-0031)
AutoMonOP operates under strict architectural guidelines prohibiting persistent storage of cloud passwords or primary API tokens on server disks. Any third-party authentication tokens used by agents are held in ephemeral memory only or scoped via AutoMono Core federation.
4. Service Availability & SLAs
We target high reliability across our Frankfurt VPS and distributed nodes. For customers enrolled in the Enterprise Dedicated tier, uptime commitments and remediation response SLAs are governed by your individual Service Level Agreement.
5. Termination
You may terminate your AutoMonOP account at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated project scope configurations, node identifiers, and telemetry logs are permanently purged in accordance with our retention policies.
